any suggestion on riding toy for my 3 year old child

hi, i have my child of 3 year child. currenlty i was making him indoor activities. now doctor suggest me to do or practise him some outdoor activites in such regrad i wnat to buy a rider car or something else. my budget is maximum $300 what would you suggest me.
